Mental health is for everyone - seriously! Whether you're doing great, or you've hit a rough patch, you can benefit from counseling. I work with individuals with a variety of mental health diagnosis and concerns. Some people come to counseling to process a traumatic event, some come to talk about the stress they're experiencing at their job, and some come just to learn about why they haven't been feeling their best emotionally lately. Any reason is a great reason to give counseling a try.  Almost everyone has something going on in their day to day lives that they would love to vent about, or get help dealing with, and that is what I'm here for!
