About Me
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re tired of feeling stuck — stuck in anxiety, stuck in old patterns, or stuck knowing what you want to change but not seeing it happen. That’s where I come in.
I work best with people who are motivated, self-aware, and ready for real growth — even when that growth feels uncomfortable. My style is direct, supportive, and honest. I don’t sugarcoat or hand out empty positivity. Instead, I help you understand your patterns, build real-life skills, and create change that actually lasts.
Clients often describe our work together as a mix of tough love and genuine care. You’ll get validation without judgment, space to feel whatever comes up, and practical feedback that helps you move forward. I believe therapy should feel both safe and productive — a place where you can process the past while learning how to live differently in the present.
My specialties include anxiety, adult ADHD, and trauma work. I use approaches like Brainspotting and skill-based, solution-focused therapy to help clients feel more in control of their emotions, more confident in their decisions, and more empowered in their daily lives. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, long-standing anxiety, or patterns that no longer serve you, my goal is to help you build clarity, confidence, and momentum.
Therapy with me feels conversational, honest, and human — sometimes even a little funny — but always grounded in professionalism and care. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. You just need to be willing to show up and be real.
If you’re ready for a therapist who will meet you with empathy, challenge you with purpose, and support you in becoming the version of yourself you know is possible, I’d love to work with you.
