I originate from St. Louis and have always enjoyed living in this city. I graduated from Maryville University in 2019 with my Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling. Since graduating I have worked with a variety of clients, ages ranging from 11 to 70, coping with a variety of mental health conditions. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and enjoy working with clients who need employment services or counseling as well. In 2020 I began my certification process in Brainspotting so I could enhance my ability to help my clients achieve their counseling goals faster and with a better understanding of themselves. I have a passion for working with individuals who have endured trauma, are working through any type of anxiety, or are trying to improve their overall emotional regulation day to day.
